Appears to me you want to just make an issue of this. I find it funny you change the name of the thread. I Praised him and then gave what I know to be factual. Bro. Strange, who has known the man most of his life backs up what I say and continues to give the great man honor, and rightly so. BUT funny you target me in the thread title.
Since we're talking about 'funny' I find it very much to be in that I haven't a clue what your talking about. I didn't change the title at all and didn't notice it being changed until you mentioned it. Go figure.

As for 'ANYTHING but honor' I just found it unfortunate that a thread to honor a man's life became another debate of little value. In fact, I still do.

Thats a question....YOU asked....so some of us gave our opinion. Please dont turn this around and make it look like Me or anybody else was trying to change your thread. You asked ...we answered.

It did a huge toll on him to have to mess with all the chain letters from PP a few years back. He is one of the greatest, he is THE humblest man I know, he is a prayer leader and a ministerial mentor. BUT he is also tired of the direction we are going politically. That would make me want to focus on another country as well where its about souls and not political agendas.
If you, for one second, thought that I was questioning if he was thinking about the AS you're living on another planet. By wishing I knew what was on the Bishop's mind I simply meant that I wonder what factors would play into deciding to not preach anymore special services.

I have the utmost respect for Bishop and always have. He is and has been a friend to me. I respect the Elders in my life WAY too much to dishonor them in any way.

What you highlighted is about wishing he knew what was in the Bishop's mind about not speaking at engagements anymore. Read things in context.

Thanks.

Jesus came to SEEK and to SAVE that which was lost. We seem to have lost that spirit of love and grace...all compassing, reaching, and longing spirit of love and grace for those who are wounded, lost and perishing.

While we prop up the cross of Jesus, as though it needs to be proped up, while we polish and garnish it with niceties, as though it needs all of that, we have lost the spirit and desires of Him who died there.
Amen...may heaven hrlp us!!
