Nobody seems to want to listen to stuff like this. It just gets buried or ignored. But Bush has implemented or signed a number of things into law recently without any congressional oversight or vote.

Does anyone know we are in the process now of forming a North American Union like the EU?

Immigration plays into all this. It seems almost as if someone declared Marshall law and forgot to tell the rest of us

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

When Lincoln declared martial law, the Supreme Court ruled it was unconstitutional. For more about the topic: http://www.usconstitution.net/consttop_mlaw.html

As it stands, the Constitution does not give any branch of the federal goverment the authority to declare martial law.

Also.... as it stands the Constitution doesn't have much to say about what politicians do or what judges rule these days.

What either do has no bearing on whether it is Constitutional or not.

But what they do may or may not be constitutional. Article I tells us what powers the Congress has, Article II tells us what powers the President has and Article III tells us what powers the Courts have. Any straying from those articles (as amended) is automatically unconstitutional.
