Hey Sam, I just had a guy who attended our church go to The Good Samaritan Inn. Don't they still share the building with the Dream Center? His name is Joe Glorioso. He's been there a couple of weeks and really needs some help. I just got a letter from him and he seems to be making progress.

My name is Lisa.. was raised in Greenfield Indiana attending faith Apostolic where my dad was pastor until he died. Four years ago started attending River of Life in Muncie Indiana.. I sing.. and sing in the choir at River and do solos from time to time... I was married for 14 years, but been divorced 5 years.. I am mom of three teen girls that I think are just beautiful. I thought i was going to be mom of a fourth girl...but I searched and found her father and had to let her go. No higher calling than being a mom.. they mean the world to me.

My life is spent working, going to church, spending time with my family... kinda boring I guess.... but we are blessed. In fact, I am forever blessed.

The two are separate.
Josh Willis runs the Good Samaritan Inn.

They are located in a building that was previously a school.
We pass it on our way to the Dream Center.
It's a couple of miles south of the Hamilton Dream Center.
Wendell Coning is a Good Samaritan Inn alumnus and is pastor of the Dream Center. His email address is dreamwendell@aol.com

The Dream Center is in a building built in 1894.
At one time it was Grace Chapel and at one time it was a public school.

I have never been inside the Good Samaritan Inn.

Actually, my wife and I both grew up in Wisconsin and currently live just North of Madison. But as many know, in 5 short weeks we're moving from here to the Phoenix valley in AZ. We WERE going to move the first week of April but now it is the first week of May, although we're still going down next week to actually buy our house so we have a place to pull up to.
We are currently "churchless" although I still call the church in Central WI my "home church". We left my wifes church over issues found in the "Deep Waters" section here.

I cannot see actually going to a UPC church (although would have no problems visiting one). The first time someone told us to remove our wedding rings I'd be "why I outta......!" at which point my wife would step between me and whoever said it.
And I would be stepping between her and whoever told her she was going to hell because of her dress pants.

Check out Christ Life Church (either in Chandler or Tempe - can't remember). Phil Goldsberry is the pastor; used to be Jim Roam.

His dad pastored somewhere in Florida close to Tampa, I think (Bradenton??). Something like that. That's where Phil grew up.

SMALL WORLD!!!! I went to school at that church in Brandon. Sis. Goldsberry was my Principal. The church is still going, but his dad isn't the pastor anymore.
