Knowledge of what the visions of Daniel saw... meaning?
It's what Daniel was told about the meaning of visions:

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Daniel is told to SEAL the book and in the same breath is told that knowledge shall be increased in the last days.
Then...

Daniel 12:8-10 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? (9) And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. (10) Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
Daniel exclaims he cannot understand the visions. He is again told the words are sealed. In other words, the MEANING is shut away from him like a book is sealed. And again we read the WISE shall then understand, but no one in Daniels' day. This is the same thing as saying knowledge shall be increased in the days in which the words ARE NOT SEALED. It's talking solely about the understanding of the visions he saw. Since the visions were not for his day, he could not understand them. They were sealed. But knowledge of what the visions mean would be revealed in the days in which the events would deal with the people alive then.

The same idea is seen in Isaiah's book that says something not understood and something people have no knowledge about is as follows:

It is not talking about technology, whether it is true that technology increases or not. The context is speaking of ability of Daniel to understand the visions.
Anyway, I do not mean to sidetrack the point of the thread.

many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased; that is, towards the end of the time appointed, many persons will be stirred up to inquire into these things delivered in this book, and will spare no pains or cost to get knowledge of them; will read and study the Scriptures, and meditate on them; compare one passage with another; spiritual things with spiritual, in order to obtain the mind of Christ; will peruse carefully the writings of such who have gone before them, who have attempted anything of this kind; and will go far and near to converse with persons that have any understanding of such things: and by such means, with the blessing of God upon them, the knowledge of this book of prophecy will be increased; and things will appear plainer the nearer the accomplishment of them is; and especially when accomplished, when prophecy and facts can be compared together: and not only this kind of knowledge, but knowledge of all spiritual things, of all evangelic truths and doctrines, will be abundantly enlarged at this time; and the earth will be filled and covered with it, as the sea with its waters; see Isa_11:9.
