Just saying your post was spot on... folks want to believe the failing economy and all other ailments are W's fault. The truth matters little to many, they want a scapegoat.

The American people trusted GWB to do his job as their President! GWB never vetoed any bill that cross his path! He failed, he failed the American people! PERIOD!

Bills that came from WHO? Democrats? Nobody here seems to be saying GWB was perfect but if you think it was ALL him you really are more clueless than you believe yourself to be....did you watch those videos?

Re: The Treatment of Bush Has Been a Disgrace

This whole "Bush was the worst president" thing is so silly.

There were those who thought Woodrow Wilson was the worst president ever.
There were those who thought Harry Truman was the worst president ever.
There were those who thought Jimmy Carter was the worst president ever.
And now there are those who think George W. Bush was the worst president ever.

There are several other presidents who could legitimately be considered the "worst president ever". A little historical perspective is helpful here.

Re: The Treatment of Bush Has Been a Disgrace

I think history will challenge the Bush Administration's rationale for a preemptive invasion in Iraq. Quite possibly it will be viewed as a tragedy that actually took troops and resources away from the actual war on terror. I think actions in Afghanistan against the Taliban will be praised. I think many home land defense initiatives will be praised. I think the Patriot Act will be viewed with suspicion as far as it comes close to threatening Constitutional Liberties. I think that the economic policies of the Bush Administration and collusion with the most powerful of corporate America will be viewed as highly corrupt.

I could be wrong...but that's what I think. The Bush Administration will bring a mixed bag of history. It all depends on what issues matter most to the individual reflecting on the administration.

Can you detail this collusion with the most powerful of corporate America that Bush was doing?
