Pork chops (over a charcoal grill) and baby red potatoes, cubed up with a whole bunch of seasoning and fried/roasted in a disposable tin over the same grill.
I won't say what our beverages will be lest it start a whole new debate......

Jimmy John's subs. Today was pre-op testing day. Then I had to go buy new glasses. So take-out was in order. ewwww.

So you like Jimmy John's? We went one time and just said, "hmmmm.....we can do coldcuts at home". I didn't get real excited about it and haven't been back.

Big salad - Romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, cucumbers, green apple, roasted chicken (from the deli), cheddar cheese, pecans & Craisins, with homemade viniagrette! YUMMY!!!
That was for me. The other two are eating leftover Lasagna from last night! Now I have a Hummingbird Cake in the oven. I bet I haven't made one of those in 20 years.

Church friends are over. Just took them to a local Mennonite Buffet. I think about 5000 calories worth!
