The bible is full of scriptures telling us to get knowledge and wisdom. We are born ignorant and foolish to stay ignorant leaves us in darkness and in a foolish state.

What are your thought? Or am I the only odd ball out there?

The Bible says that wisdom brings sorrow. However, the joy of the Lord must also be our strength. I think that this is a balance that is sometimes hard to maintain, but not impossible, if not possible every single day....

I would love to have not known many hurts or "feeling" on the negative side of life... but without those, I am not who I am today. Without that part of life, I would not be able to make it. It is like a child who is learning to walk, they are going to fall... If they never try, they won't fall. But they will never be able to truly enjoy life because they only crawl, even though they've never been hurt from falling. They will always look at the those who walk and run and see the joy the others have and there will always be that void inside, even though they never had the pain from falling. I thank God for the wisdom I have today, it did not come cheap.... But I feel more complete than I ever have before!

I'm so smart that I'm really miserable and I'm much happier that way.
