The reason all the rules/standards apply to women is because the men make up the rules/standards.

Therefore, a woman who cuts her hair is in the same sin as a cross-dresser or lesbian. And a man who wears his hair uncut is guilty of a sin on par with homosexuality.

You really believe that if a woman trims a 1/2 inch of length off her hair it is the SAME SIN as if she went out and committed fornication (and possibly adultery) with someone of the same sex?!!! WOW.

Re: Trying to Rescue Another from HMH Doctrine
In my opinion, applying HMH for added leverage from God is the same as applying relics from saints, or applying pieces from "the true cross."
Prayer cloths have a precedent in the Scriptures ( Acts 19:11-12) but HMH does not.

Did God say that just wearing small garment that was man's apparel any worse than the above? If it is an abomination for a woman to wear a man's garment, or for a man a woman's garment no matter the size of said garment, then to cut is to cut.

People actually believe all this stuff about salvation by having long hair, etc
Wow! It's really amazing, I always thought Christ and the cross is what it's all about!!

Re: Trying to Rescue Another from HMH Doctrine
Let me rephrase the statement then.
Epley knows how to get an...ahem....conversation stirred up.
