Obamacare passed by back-room deals and fraudulent budgeting. If the public had known that corporations and O's cronies, with political connections, would be favored over the citizens, it would never have passed.
Obama is already defunding this law because it isn't ready. He has suspended the employer mandate, gutted the verification requirements that would be imposed on state health insurance exchanges - that was to verify income of enrollees and whether they were covered or not by their employers- inviting fraud, and of course, Congress being relieved of a rescission of their health insurance subsidy. Not to mention the other burdens imposed on special interest groups.
The main point is that he, as President, has no authority to enact law. He cannot do it legally by proclamation. He certainly cannot do it by unilaterally repealing selective parts of a statute. His waivers are unconstitutional and pervert our legislative process.
Conservatives are seeking a defunding and not a repeal, the same thing Obama is doing, but they are wanting to do that by Constitutional norms. The branch of government that is responsible for spending and lawmaking is refusing to fund this law. Obama has usurped lawmaking power and coerced spending by his political whims. This is NOT equal protection under the law for every American.
If you are truly a American Patriot, you better be thankful for Senator Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.
