I am hearing people fussing they will no longer be able to get medical help in cases of failed pregnancies and dealing with the after effects of natural miscarriages. Does anyone know what they are talking about?

Yes. They are complaining about their own ignorance and laziness.
Nothing has changed whatsoever, unless a state changes its laws. The overturning of RvW was the Supreme Court turning the issue back over to the states.
Lots of nasty goblins proclaiming they are going on a "strike" (bad version of an ancient Greek play) so I'd say things are looking up as those people don't need to be fornicating anyway.

(I read) The process for treating a miscarriage is the same as an abortion. Docs don’t want to be accused of performing covert abortions.

I've been unfriended by a few different people on social media in the past few days because of my Pro-Life posts or because of my comments on their Pro-Choice posts.
It's quite baffling to me the number of people (both men and women) that support abortion. I honestly wasn't aware that I had so many as friends on social media.

I got an email long ago that said three people had unfriended me on FB. Just before I panicked and went into the fetal position, I remembered, I don’t have a FB account.
It really did happen.

Abstinence
Contraceptive
Adoption
Having the baby
He just doesn't support a fifth option of murdering babies in the womb.
