I almost came out of my Lazy Boy Recliner, fully leaned back with my lap top in my lap and do da shockamoo when they got to that part that says:
"We worship only one God, Jesus is His name, we are Apostolic in everyway."
But I didn't. I remebered that I'm not a young 'un anymore, so I just let the tears flow.
Praise God!

Western District Campmeeting....the ones all the UCs aviod and tell their congregations not to go to...though they go anyways..For the congregation most of them, it's just about having church. They went to the "breakaway" think for church and they went to the WD for church....the Pastors on the other hand seem to go or no go as an issue of politics

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Western District had a GREAT preacher this year, too. But, then again, anybody that has ever heard Scott Graham knows that he's a phenominal preacher!

I have not seen him in three years.
He was selling t-shirts with OGATTHRBAHBBITLPOJN (spelled out)
they were rather longsleeved baseball jersey type shirts.....
