Basically he said,You are a sinner and living in a state of sin right now.Its time to change your ways.
A meeting with the Master usually changes anyone. That is what I offer people.

I think we are missing each other here, Trouvere. My discussion with Brother Benincasa has been concerning using demeaning language towards sinners, homosexuals in particular. I don't see where Jesus used demeaning language with the woman at the well. Do you?

I did not have to.Everyone says the same thing,How did that preacher
know what has been going on with me? They usually are the most
teary eyed. One who had been in relationships for years told me
that he saw Jesus walk up to him and could not figure out why He turned away.I taught him bible study and he almost came around but chose
instead a demeaning lifestyle and died of aids.

Are you saying you have never heard a preacher get into a pulpit and go on and on about how filthy, nasty, perverted, and disgusting homosexuals are? If so, then you have truly been blessed, because I have heard that kind of talk quite a bit from several pulpits. It's not enough for preachers to preach against sin and Jesus being the Saviour. They have to take it another step and start naming the sin, homosexuality being one they seem to feel justified in demeaning the sinner on. In my opinion, it isn't right. If all we can come up with are insults in our efforts to win the lost, then maybe it's better to leave the soul winning to others.

Ok. So you don't run people into the dirt when trying to save them, right?

Most are self-deceived into thinking that they are good. It takes a sovereign move of the Holy Spirit to enlighten their eyes to their sinfulness and need of a savior.

The two Charismatics are performing some publicity stunt to show how they're accepting the homosexuals into some kind of Christian unity.

Homosexuality is "unnatural". It's perversion of something that God created holy, wonderful, good, amazing, fulfilling and necessary to the propagation of the human race which is a reward and benefit and blessing all of it's own. Namely, children!
The perversion and "unnaturalness" is why there's so much disgust involved on the part of people toward the lifestyle and the people. Some of the sexual behaviors are absolutely filthy, disgusting and harmful to the human body.
I feel so sorry for these people who are caught up in the lies, deceit, and destruction of the homosexual lifestyle. I say destruction on two counts. One, the fact that many of them end up dead because of AIDs and other diseases .... and the way sex is done does injury to the body that is nasty. Secondly, because they are going to spend eternity outside of Christ and heaven.
There is no reward of children. They have a stigma attached to them because of their lifestyle that they have to bear. And many of them end up ultimately alone and filled with regret because of the choices they've made. What a waste!
I don't hate the homosexual. I hate the devil and the traps that he has set of deception, lies and destruction that so many good men and women have gotten caught in.

Hey Brother T1 what was up with the feet kissing episode? That had to be thrown in the for the extra effect that they would get from the media.
