I don't get how the SCOTUS can turn down a dispute between the states, where they have sole jurisdiction. They should at least be required to hear it, regardless of their ruling.

Apparently states have rights that the federal govt can't infringe upon like how to run an election in your state.

This is true. The Legislatures are also just finding out the power they hold, which is above the Governor. The American people are finding out how important it is to elect Legislatures with a backbone.

1. The forensics are just being investigated and have not been presented.
2. Texas Supreme Court case would have had more teeth if brought by individuals. Trump and Senators realized that later, throwing their hat in at the last minute.
3. Electors have not decided who the President is. When that is done, the Texas suit can be brought once again.
4. Sidney Powell has not yet been heard before the court. She has massive info, which has to do with Trump’s Executive Order from 2018.

Human Rights Attorney Leigh Dundalk wil explain the significance of this Executive Order: https://youtu.be/BEHeSM2yHPQ

Hold the Line!

SCOTUS used the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment to intervene in Gore vs Bush in 2000. They are not being consistent here.

The American people are discovering en masse that the entire system is corrupt from top to bottom.

That discovery is intentional.

Re: Voter Fraud?

What are the opinions here of what I’ve been reading that some are talking of seceding from the Union if the president cannot get this overturned? Is this just angry rhetoric? I’m only assuming that if Texas and others secede they will appoint Trump to be their Jefferson Davis… I don’t know. Either way it just looks to be ugly….

The secession talk won't go anywhere. Just because a bill is introduced, doesn't mean it will even get out of committee, much less be voted on.

Here is the Antrim County, MI forensic report on Dominion voting machines.
68.5% error rate.
