So you are another Bro. Stirnemann? I've sat across the table with Bro. Stirnemann and eaten with him, he's a good man. Do you go to a church in New England?
GOD BLESS!
Bro. Alex
No, I am his sister and my husband and I evangelize full time.
I drive to Maine for church. I go to the First Apostolic Church of Biddeford, ME. Every now and then I go to Boston's UPC in Brighton, pastored by Bro. Bennett, usually on Wednesday night. But Sunday morning I'm in Maine.
As for the question on the church life in New England... well, Maine has got an exciting Apostolic church situation. NH and Vermont DESPERATELY need churches, and I plan to start one in NH in the next 4-5 years. MA, CT and RI have a good amount of UPC churches, and the greatest concentration being in RI due to Bro. Stirnaman's (sp?) daughter works and church planting. I have never been to Winterfire, although I was thinking of going last year. My pastor went last year and was blessed, so I'm thinking of going. We had another conference this summer called Miraculous, Bro. Stoneking preached. Did you go? It was an interesting conference (I don't think I'd go back, but some people were blessed). I'll probably go to Winterfire this year, and I pray we can have a good time in the Holy Ghost!
Anyone that's going to Winterfire, from AFF, we should catch up, maybe eat after church or something.
GOD BLESS!
Bro. Alex
No,I did not go.I've never been to a conference in the northeast(new england). There are a ton of conferences on the westcoast and most of them i rarely attend anymore unless i have to.Stoneking ran a revival for us for several years. This year we are hosting "Eagles summit" at our church.
one day I would love to go ad visit church around the country just to see what they are like
I have attended the last two Winterfire Conferences. The organizers do a great job; the First Cathedral is a great venue; and I enjoy the emphasis on preaching and teaching. This year has an especially good schedule of speakers:
Thursday, February 14th – 7:00 p.m.
Rev. Kenneth Haney
Rev. Mike Williams
Friday, February 15th – 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dr. Gerald Jeffers
Rev. Sam Emory
Rev. Morton Bustard
Rev. Jeff Arnold
Friday, February 15th – 7:00 p.m.
Rev. Wayne Huntley
Saturday, February 16th – 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dr. Gerald Jeffers
Rev. Steve Willoughby
Rev. Mike Mitchell
Rev. Mark Morgan

This year is going to be great! I am very excited. New England needs these conferences. The West Coast if packed full of conferences every other month. I always took it for granted when I lived out there. Oh to go back in time and change a few things.
One day away from Winterfire!
Does anyone know if you have to register if you're just going for the evenings?
People should catch up and get something to eat and fellowship, we're going to be in Heaven together, we might as well be friends now!

For some reason I thought you must have been well traveled "church-wise".
Have you not gone to many churches in other areas due to your obligation to your own church? (music etc)

I use to do a lot more, still do a little and i am in touch with a lot of people(try to - seems to be getting harder to do these days)
A lot of churches want you to come and be there on sunday.I wont do it (rarely) and i'm not the type of person that came run all over the country and keep things together on the home front. I don't know how others do that- honestly, i think the homefront ends up suffering.
