I generally find a preacher to be anointed when he has a sincere, honest, genuine walk with God. He may never raise his voice, or get 'on fire', but if what he says is alive with the word of God, it's anointed.

I guess it is safe to assert that the anointing is recognized about as equally as standards, huh? They're all the same everywhere, since they all come directly from God, as does the anointing.

Someone had mentioned a preacher on here, Jeffers, I think, and described him as having a powerful anointing, hence my question.
