ThreadKiller- I DID call him when we were on NFCF. I found him to be as witty and engaging on the phone as online.

I will say it again,

I do miss him here. His posts were insightful and from a perspective lost by many. He also was a fantastic writer.. wordy but not to brow beat by words. Fine use of the language to convey his point- sometimes with a sharp barb, but still eloquently phrased and expressed.

I agree BOOM.

I didn't always agree with his views but I always knew where he stood.

I very much respect that.
