Exactly...my question, AG, to those who believe this to be an "apostate forum..."
Why are they still hanging around 'talking' to folks whom they believe have departed from biblical truth?!
If I believed that were true, I wouldn't waste my time here.

If you are still a true Apostolic, shouldn't you be offended by ministers painting you as such just because there are some here who don't believe in strict Standards? NOt everyone AFF has gone "Charismatic".

Mark, shouldn't these been our strict "standards?"
Galatians 5:19-26 (King James Version)
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
(^ The World - avoid the above)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
(^ The Church - do/be these things)

Oh, but it is so much easier to focus on the other stuff.
I'm not saying that I don't believe in the other stuff, but the things listed above are the hard things, the things it really takes work achieve.
It is so much easier to ignore this stuff and make a big deal out of what you can point your fingers at.

Re: Is AFF the "Apostate Forum" ???
I still believe in separation from the world by how we love one another. Unfortunately that puts a lot of standard keepers in the "outs". The more we stress the outward above inward, the more bitter we are to others. My thoughts, anyway.

I believe you can have both...separation and love. There has to be a balance.

Well...... I would not say it is a balance. I think you cannot have ONE without the other. That is, cannot have the TRUE element without the other.
A balance requires two separated elements to level the other up. But there IS NO true separation from the world without love, since LOVE IS HOW we are distinguished. And there is no true love if it is not distinguishing us as His.

You are correct, scripture does say that it is our love one to another that proves to the world that we are His. But, just because you believe in separation (dress), does not negate that love to one another or the world.
Unfortunately, there are many who do not have both, but there are those who do. I believe in separation and love for one another and the lost! You've got to be balanced!
