You caught that too, heh? Interesting manipulation of the language. I have always appreciated web sites that CLEARLY say what they mean. Can't figure out what is so hard about that.

Well, ya can't sound too harsh or exclusive...

Or, so the prevailing charismatic thought is...

"Tis true. 'Tis true. Sure glad Paul isn't around today. Those looking for "spiritually politically correct" statements would be highly offended.

Hmmm...when I had an apartment my gas bill was zero. It was included...but everything except hot water and heating was electric...and our electric bill was not that high either.

Do you all make sure the thermostat is off in the day? Take shorter showers? Do you all use energy saving light bulbs? Out here in Ca they are dirt cheap...cheaper than regular bulbs sometimes.

Also if you are in a big house and it's empty, get an electric heater for just your room or close all the vents in the other rooms...heat the house up to a comfortable temp before bed and then lower it to a lower temp....and use lots of blankets

They are coming out with cheaper and better solar panels too.

The apt. is all electric, so $120 isn't that bad.
