I have a house full of teenage boys right now, but they will be gone before long, out running to who knows where. So it's going to just be me and Eddie for supper. I think we'll do something simple, like a can of Campbell's Select Gumbo, and serve it over rice. We love that and it's SOOOOO easy! I still have a bunch of laundry to do and Eddie is getting ready to leave as soon as our second service is over tomorrow to fly out to preach tomorrow night in Racine, then on to Chicago for Board Meetings. I will be alone (other than the boys) till Wednesday night.

Well, my plans for supper got torn up, but that's okay...when we were out shopping mom wanted to eat out, so we did.

We are just taking it easy! It's been a rainy day, so it's been perfect for resting!

I'm going to make an Italian Chicken casserole for the kids along with their girlfriend and boyfriend and then the desserts I've made and we'll just enjoy being together!
