Hey! I remember reading a recipe on a low carb diet that talked about that with Cream Cheese. I have to eat less. Nothing else works for me. I can eat whatever I want, but I have to eat less. I stay away from dessert just because last year a light bulb when on and I'm thinking - what am I eating this junk for? lol


BTW, I heard that apples have higher fiber than anything else you can purchase in the grocery store. Is that true? I just read that dates and raises were very good for you. Raisins for your gums. Any comments?

He was in the Air Force - so it's really - everything has a place and everything in it's place. He takes it a bit further by - DON'T TOUCH IT AT ALL!

He still won't let me drive the riding lawn mower. LOL!

But you have to drive in increasingly smaller circles with the blade ON.
