I remember the good old days, before I became a pastor, when I would wonder why my pastor did some of the things he did. I used to think he was out of touch, had no initiative and was way too controlling.
Looking back I see that he was an incredibly wise man who was pretty middle of the road. Anyone can point out what's wrong with a process, but it takes a real man to involve himself in the process and effect change.
Some of the posts on this thread remind me of "the accuser of the brethren."

Isn't that where rebellion always starts?
I do not believe a person must pastor before he or she can comment on any church matter. But it takes a gritty, God-called person to pastor a church. Cut your pastor some slack.

2. Call my bishop every day... well maybe not every day, but ALOT!
3. dont take yourself to seriously
