A local billiards & bowling alley is keeping open, despite no mask requirement, no social distancing requirement and the local city and county HHS trying to shut them down for it. HHS actually put signs up saying the building was closed down, and they ripped the signs down and stayed open anyway.
It's funny, because their logic is only practical. They can't ask people about medical requirements because of HIPAA laws. They can't ban people without masks, because of the ADA. As such, any attempt to prevent access would be by violating federal law. But the queen has spoken, and the subjects of the land are all expected to fall in line.
Last I heard, the owner was planning on filing a recall vote against her. He's got my vote.
