Dallas??

Anyone going to the BQE in Dallas next week? If so, I would love to meet up.
We plan to get into town on Wedsday sometime.

I would like to go to a service at the local UPC where the quiz is held, and also to the Potter's House (Jakes) while in town.

Oh, also, Fogo de Chao if it's close enough!

Which church is it being held? I was a quizzer for 10 years and it would be great to see one again. Plus, I live here.

Hey that would be fantastic!

I believe it will be at Dallas First Church. http://dallasfirstchurch.com/

If nothing else, maybe we can do a lunch or coffee?

It really is a special treat - though VERY expensive I think. The first time I took the family there I stopped to fill the gas tank afterwards and my card was declined...

I called them and they said, "we froze it because that was a lot of money for a restaurant and unlike your normal spending habits". LOL!

That would be cool! If I don't end up having to go out of town, I'll pm you.

Re: Dallas??

Went to the Potter's House last night. The Pastor of their Dallas North location spoke.

It was rather interesting. The decibal level was huge. I attend a rather loud church and we even have some electric and bass guitar driven services. But this was way more...
