they interviewed some of his former neighbors on the news tonight. Their comments across the board were that they were disappointed that he only spent 4 months in jail instead of at least an equal number of years to those that he held those poor girls.

I can't think that prison was a happy or even "safe" place for him to be. He would have been on the very bottom of the prison hierarchy.

Um your question.....of course it would have been better had he been completely repentant. Not likely though, I suspect. I suspect he took the cowards way out.
