Oklahoma Trout!!! I'm hooked!!
Met Tony and Larry Collins (Two Black Brothers) out on the Water this afternoon and they introduced me to the fine art of Carp (I now call them Oklahoma Trout
) Fishing!!
Two, Three up to Five pounds!!!!
Great Fighting Fish and for the first time fishing my hands smelled of Cinnamon, Bread and Strawberries!! I realized the Carp Fishing is a Wife Friendly Sport!!! a BONUS!!!
Anyways got the Men's Numbers and look forward to witnessing to them out on the banks again!!
Anybody else Carp Fish??

I'm trying to figure out how it could have been this afternoon when you posted this @ 10:02 this morning. Do you have a time machine that the rest of us need clued in on, I'm sure I don't speak for myself when I say it would be nice to have 2 afternoons in any given day so that we could get more accomplished.

Carp is good eatin, as long as it's caught out of clean water and properly gutted.

Hmmmmm
In my mind carp ranks right up there with Alligator Gar...
Not gonna say I won't...
But, given a choice, I will defer.

I think I would stick with a catch and release approach.

the way you cook them is easy...
Scale them...and place them on a pine board...
Nail their head to the board and cook them for 2 hours @ 250
then remove them and let them set for 10 mins...
Throw the fish away and eat the board..
They are delicious...
