I am not sure there is a caption that could express what is going on here...not even in a thousand words.
There is some serious issues here. They need to use this face on the show "Lie to Me."

Sure different from the looks than you would see on the Bush first ladies faces. And maybe the most underdressed woman in the group. I almost used the word lady but didn't want to include Obama's wife. Who is the pretty lady with the Angelic expression.
