The Curious Case of Military Orders Being Changed
Now, we have a peculiar story indeed for a president with nothing to hide.
A reserve soldier went to court for a restraining order (emergency order that the court has to address quickly) to block having to go to war based on Obama usurping the office of commander in chief given the circumstances of his birth.
The hearing was to be held today. http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2009/07...in;contentBody
BUT, surprisingly, yesterday the military changed their mind and said his services wouldn't be needed after all. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/0..._n_231383.html
Consequently there is no Court hearing today.
But wait there is more! The Chicago way. Mr. Cook no longer has a job. http://theobamafile.com/ObamaLatest.htm
Grice explained that he had been in touch with Defense Security Services (DSS -- an agency of the Department of Defense, with regional offices located in SOCOM Headquarters at McDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida), and that DSS had not yet made a determination whether Plaintiff Major Cook’s clearances would be pulled, but Grice made clear to Cook that it was DSS who had compelled Cook’s termination. Essentially, because of the "nutty and crazy" situation and the communications received from DSS was no longer employable by him at all. So he was not optimistic about getting me another job at the company. Grice also reported to Plaintiff that there was some gossip that "people were disappointed in" the Plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes. Grice then discussed Plaintiff’s expectation of receiving final paychecks (including accrued leave pay) already owed, without any severance pay, and wished the Plaintiff well.

Re: The Curious Case of Military Orders Being Chan
Read this on WMD yesterday.
Just adds fuel to the fire of those who believe BHO shouldn't be in office.
When I first heard of these suits back in November, I dismissed them. Now that BHO has had more than enough time to produce the evidence - and hasn't, I'm beginning to wonder.

He has produced his birth certificate. Not sure what other evidence he can produce that would satisfy the minority.

I saw that also. The kind tolerant government got him fired from his job.
That is abuse of power to have the government pressure his private company employer to punish him.
The department of labor has strick laws against what they did, but i suspect Labor laws will have to show more "empathy" to a dictatorial regime than they have in the past. About the only thing that would remove this wrinkle was if he was muslim, gay or trangendered.

What he produced wasn't what can and needs to be produced - the actual birth certificate.
Are people just too stupid not to question why BHO is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep the bc hidden and not produce it?
Were this W or another Republican, I think some people would be singing a different tune.
Bottom line, when someone spends a huge amount of money hiding something ... common sense would, or should, raise some alarms.
But you BHO koolaide drinkers don't care about that ...

They are stupid. Dishonest people will cover for him. When people have a blind cult like attachment, they will defend till the end. 5 million Mormons claim the Plates from Phony angel Morini were real but no one ever saw them.
(my son was offered a counterfeit watch for 10 bucks at the gas station this week. It is a real genuine knockoff!!!!!!)

You mean it wasn't enough for the vetting process of being a Presidential candidate? Or do you mean it wasn't enough for Hawaiian state officials to release it to Obama upon his camp's request?
The probable reason Obama is spending money on these lawsuits is the same reason Judge R. Barclay Surrick, of federal district court in Philadelphia, dismissed one suit:
In dismissing one such suit, Judge R. Barclay Surrick, of federal district court in Philadelphia, said an aim of the standing doctrine is to prevent courts from deciding questions "where the harm is too vague." He observed that a disgruntled voter who suffered no individual harm "would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and who underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary in living memory."
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123440666520775795.html
They don't want to set a precedent where any crackpot with an axe to grind can bring a frivolous lawsuit against a candidate.

Lol, nice sweeping generalizations. It's amazing, when all evidence points to one conclusion, the majority of the people will accept that conclusion. Crazy talk, I know.

do you go to snopes for labor law also?
Truth is not determined by concensus. Noah
didn't go for the majority. He went for the truth. It sure is crazy.
Where is the certificate?
