It IS natural. Women have been using cosmetics in all its various forms since the beginning of time pretty much.
Modesty and exemplifying godliness is the issue. These principles have been in place and expressed throughout the Word of God from the beginning to the end.

if you want to split hairs about what's "natural" - you have to address perms, hot rollers, curling irons, eyelash curlers, CLEAR lip gloss, mousse, gel, hair spray...on and on and on..
none of it is natural.
But women use the products to enhance their God given looks...
some use it and its undetectable, others look like a clown.
the reasons for using it are as many as the people that use the products...
but, IMO, using one product is no different than using another.
To split hairs over who's more saved b/c their use of these UNNATURAL products is less noticeable, is silly.
I chose not to do some things b/c that's where I feel comfortable in my "boundaries"....we all draw our lines in the sand differently. I'm not going to judge another based on their personal convictions.
