Beards?

I recently let my facial hair grow again. I had not had a beard for several years, though I did grow a mustache for stint at the theater a couple years back.

I enjoy facial hair - especially in the winter. How about you?

Re: Beards?

Not really, I think I look better without.

Re: Beards?

I like whatever you call that thing men are wearing a lot these days..... not really a goatee, I don't think. It sorta makes a square around their mouth?

My husband can't have facial hair because of his job, but when we're on vacation he grows one of those. Love it on him.

Re: Beards?

I like a very neatly trimmed short beard or the style AQP is talking about. I don't care for the longer, fuller beards or mustaches alone on most men. But it really depends on the man, the shape of his face, the shape of the facial hair, and how he takes care of it.

Re: Beards?

I didn't vote because I shave every 2-3 days but I would not consider that occasionally growing a beard

Re: Beards?

Some men look okay, others don't. I prefer my husband not have a beard. He has on and off over the years.

Re: Beards?

I finally broke out the beard trimmer.

I would grow out the beard then shave it off after it started looking too bushy, now I trim it up about once or twice a week and it is all good.

Re: Beards?

Some just say that I seem to be a little partial to mine, on again and off again during the 60's, and on since 1970.

Oops! A number of years ago I did shave it off for about four months at the 'suggestion' of a pastor (big mistake!). Of course, that did give my wife her first and only opportunity to see me without a beard. True statement! She was quite pleased when I grew it back.
