Obama Losing Youth Vote
Great article from Democrat pundit Kirsten Powers about young people turning away from Obama because they understand his vision for their future is grim.

Re: Obama Losing Youth Vote
My wife just lost a Facebook friend today, because he will be voting for BHO.
He is 26, unmarried, lives at home and gay marriage is his deciding issue.
He is Apostolic and was so born and raised.
He is not gay.
He is unreasonable on this issue, which is ironic because he usually loves to debate anything and everything.
I have known him for about 17 years and he totally flips out when discussing this election.
I know about 6 other young people like this.
Ironically, they do not know each other, but they all react the same.
As I have discussed with others that are troubled about this, (including their parents), it is almost like we are fighting against a spirit, as opposed to a rational person.
It was his decision to "unfriend".

No....
I wish he would, as a rousing debate is always good to make you examine yourself.

Irrational response.
Kirsten Powers is a liberal Democrat who has been an advisor to Democrat candidates and is a pundit that argues for the liberal/Democrat viewpoint. She wrote the article and the Daily Beast is a news website that was founded and published by Tina Brown former editor of Vanity Fair and The New Yorker magazine, both liberal publications.
You say things without any basis, if it casts a shadow on your hopes of an Obama election, you don't verify, you just make inane statements like "Propaganda nonsense".
Did you even read the article?

yes, i read half of the article but i didn't see her support her claims with any facts or polls. it is just her opinion and since i am part of the generation x she is referencing, i see no reason to accept her claims. younger people are more liberal as supported by the fact that a majority of americans support gay marriage. not possible 10 years ago but the younger, the more liberal. fact.

"A Zogby/JZ Analytics poll Tuesday showed increased support among voters 18-29 for the Romney ticket, which pollster John Zogby attributed to the Ryan pick... President Obama received just 49 percent of the youth vote, versus Romney’s 41 percent. (Obama took home 66 percent of the youth vote against McCain in 2008.)"
You can't read and you can't make connections when you read, the youth vote is generation Y not generation X.
She does reference polls as shown above.
