SWEETEST GREETINGS TO YOU all in the precious name of Jesus. We just finished our youth conference in South Brazil with a good number receiving the Holy Ghost. We are planning to visit several of the churches until the 15th when we return to north Brazil.
New churches continue to spring up all over Brazil and we have our online Bible school now up and ready. We are so excited about this endeavor and would like to thank the Harris’s that have helped us so much.
In 46 years as a missionary I probably have asked for your help on many projects and for many things but seldom do I mention our own needs.
However in the last 3 months we have had robbers two times and this last time our security camera captured a view of 3 strong robust men climbing over our wall. We do not know if more were on the outside, all we know is they stole a bicycle and church computers and printers. We do not know what else they may have taken as they brought boxes!
Some friends of mine that work in security told me, “Missionary, they are professional robbers and you need a private guard, a better security system and a gun.” We have prayed about this and feel this is the route to take however we must have your help. I need to raise about 3000 dollars. I thought if something were to happen to some of us many of four friends would say, “Why didn’t they tell us it was so serious?” So I am writing this to let you know there is a serious need and we cannot protect ourselves without your help....
