Ladies over 50 who want to appear more youthful Please Read.
God made us, so therefore he knows more about us than anyone else possibly could.
As we age, the pigments of our skin change too. We develop a few wrinkles and crows feet.
The best way to accentuate those wrinkles is to start coloring your hair. When you see those silver threads appearing in your hair, Sisters you should never run to Wal-Mart and search for those dyes that will make your hair dark, dry and brittle. Especially not darker than it actually was prior to graying. God did not intend for us to color our hair ladies. The natural lightening of our hair softens our features, and actually draws the attention away from the wrinkles. Gray hair is very beautiful and lots of times you see beautiful graying ladies who have very few wrinkles, and notice how attractive they are. If you think gray hair makes you look washed out, when you shop for clothes, find bright colors that brighten and accentuate your features and those colors that don’t leave you looking pale and washed out. Clothing is what accentuates your coloring.
Years ago when I was in the world, the ladies would host Mary Kaye Cosmetic Parties in their homes. The Representative brought large swatches of materials to drape over each lady and that would emphasize their coloring rather than taking away from it. How you look ladies depends a lot on the color of your attire.
In my opinion Sister Falla is a Beautiful Saint of God. She has lots of Beautiful gray, but the outfit she chose to wear on this picture emphasizes her features rather than to make her appear dull and washed out. She appears to have a very smooth wrinkle free complexion. Bless you Sister Falla, you are one of those virtuous Women the Bible speaks of and your family will call you blessed. You have kind words and a beautiful and sincere countenance.
And ladies if you think your can not live without using hair color, it is very wise to always go a shade lighter, rather than a shade darker. Black hair on an eldery woman is not natural, no one believes it is natural. If no one is fooled by the dying, why Dye anyway? It’s better to age gracefully than to dye young.
