Hernia or strain?

I squated down, kept my back straight, and tried lifting with my legs the heavy side of engine cherry picker. I got a sharp pain that lingered kind of like what you would feel getting hit in the stomach unexpectedly if you didn’t tighten your abs before. Anyone ever experience anything like this.

2 Days tenderness in my gut and now no pain so I am guessing it was a strained muscle or something, but I have never felt that before. Turned 40 last December. I guess I better get used to having pains.

If you think you need to get used to pain at 40, wait till you are over 60.

You ain't kidding. If he is having aches and pain now, he'll be in a wheel chair when he is 68.

Well, I guess if they weren't so unhealthy there be no prayer requests before service.
