How Do I Go About Getting My Account Deleted Here?

I'm certainly a "nobody" round these parts and certainly won't be missed.........but to the powers that be here........can you please delete my account and, if possible, delete all posts that I have made here? If there's something else I need to do to get that done would you please let me know?

I've just been wasting too much time lately........but I seriously want the account deleted.

I have asked these folks to delete the account of old Carpenter for at least a year now and they are telling me they can't do it. I am kind of glad sometimes they can't do it.

Just try to be more disciplined in your use of time instead of bowing out completely. Then you can keep from being like those who write these sobby long and drawn out goodbye messages only to return a week later.

Since June of 2007, you only have 136 posts. That doesn't seem like you've been spending too much time here.

No, I've not made many posts....but I do come in to read too much.....and for the most part it's been very disheartening and not good for me spiritually.

Hey, not everything you read has to be good for you in an insprational sense. Sometimes it is healthy to read and experience things that cause you to revisit what you believe and the way you believe it. Not the chipping away at your standards, convictions, and beliefs, but forumlating an effective apologetic.

Trust me, I have been one to challenge others while growing myself as an end result.

you are always able to delete your own posts.

Just double-click on your own name, get the "all posts listed by "Joy..", go to each one and delete them.

It may give you a quick walk down memory lane to see if all your experience here has been a thief of time or did some help and encourage.

If your concern is based on the looming armageddon for all AFF posters, well that is something that you're probably already in the queue for (tic)

Umm......forgive me if this sounds crass, but it's not like you pay for your 'account' or anything. If you don't want to be here, don't put the addy in your address bar and take it out of your favs.

It's that simple.

As for deleting posts, why do that? Does it matter?

I'm one that has noticed you being around, but really, if you want to go, just go.
