Regional convention

Our regional convention will be May 1-4...
I wanted to ask you precious folks to begin praying with us for outpourings of the Holy Ghost in our mist.
It is amazing how God has moved in this area of Brazil and amazing how and who He uses to meet the many needs. We are working and doing our best to prepare a people to be His Bride.

we are ready, ready, ready.
sister alvear.....we broke our attendance record sunday in arapiraca. we had 158 kids in our sunday school department. it had to have been wild there. we had our puppet ministry, etc.
we are anxious for the convention. we are getting our groups together. we have some that will stay the whole time, then some that will only be able to come one of the days.
what is sundays schedule like?

We will kick it off the 1st of May with a young people´s day...lots of games, fun time, Worship time and a Bible lesson.
2.3.and 4th will include presentations, worship groups, missionary services, and many exciting things...We are having representations from at least 5 states...Your churches and groups are on the schedule.
We will have 4 more dorms ready by then so that will make a total of 8 dorms and the evangelist quarters plus several of our people are opening up their homes...
We just got 10 more pews for the church so things are popping around here.

If God provides we hope to buy at least 100 matteress for the people. If it is pretty we will put up some tents also for those that want to camp...

I don´t have the schedule but can have Elevone e mail it to you if you want one.

We are raising money to buy new uniforms for the groups...still have along ways to go but we will make it the good Lord helping us.

Brazil misses you all! We are praying for you all and be areful driving over the highways in the states. Love you all.

AND DO WE MISS BRAZIL RIGHT NOW. when i called the headquarters yesterday i just cried when i heard everybody praying for us over the phone. i preached a little. i am looking at the pictures right now that they sent me.
i was just so touched.
i am going to have sis. edilene deposit 200 reais in bro. alvears account wednesday towards those mattresses. will that be okay?
please have elivone send me the schedule asap.

I sure wish I could be there for this!!! I actually did check to see how much flights were into Salvador and Recife (sp) to come visit sometime, but they are about $1,300. Can't swing that right now, with us trying to save to go to Kenya in July. But one of these days...........I'm going to make it down there!:friend
