I've seen this video before. What really bothers me the most is the voting percentages.
92% of the black vote in Mississippi for Obama; 91% of the black vote in Wisconsin for him; 84% of blacks went for Obama in Maryland; 87% in Ohio; and so forth.
Clinton received 55% of the white vote in Texas, 64% in Ohio and 66% in New Jersey for starters. Even though she has received an even percentage of votes from both the white and black segments, the blacks are simply voting in very large percentages for Obama.
So, this election, IMO, is just going to be a huge racial issue and nothing having to do with his qualifications - which he doesn't have!!
This has already been posted. It's propaganda. Anything against BO that starts off with his name is not worth paying any attention to.

Race aside ... according to the constitution he's qualified to run ...
He's also a college grad ... has a political resume ... and is Senator of his state ...
Whether you disagree that he's presidential ... is another story ...
I know that the last 40 some odd presidents have been WHITE MALE, ANGLO-SAXON, PROTESTANT ... with the exception of that guy who was going to allow the pope to take over ... what's his name ...??? JFK?
Last I looked .... blacks have voted Democrat since the the New Deal overwhelmingly... so whether it had been Hillary ... they would've have voted for a Democrat in this race .....
Dissecting this primary race along race is faulty .... one would have also look at the young whites who are now squarely in the Obama camp to have a serious discussion about the breakdown of stats ....
Now how some white democrats will vote in the general election is entirely another story.
Obama is the next president of the United States ... you heard it here.

Black males in America have been voting for white male Presidential candidates since 1868 w/ the passage of the 15th amendment ... although many were disenfranchised during Reconstruction they were subject to poll taxes, grandfather clauses and literacy tests ... they still ALL voted for a white candidate in the general election for the last 140 years ...
Black women along w/ all other women as a bloc have voted for a white male Anglo-Saxon Protestant President since the 1920's ...
Some of these candidates were "qualified" and some were peanut farmers from Georgia.
Now ... let's get to the nitty gritty ...
if black America who has gone though 250 years of being viewed as property ... stripped of their dignity and bred as animals were .... emancipated to win a war and then treated as second class citizens in this nation until 40-50 years ago ...while being lynched, spat upon, and humiliated .... when given the choice between two equally qualified candidates want to go w/ the black candidate because it would make inroads .... in a nation that still struggles w/ having people of color holding the highest offices in the land then ... hey ... more power to them ... I have no problem w/ making that a deciding factor ...
However ... black America will not (any time soon) and has not chosen the President of the United States .... ever ... as the decisive constituency!!!
It will be white America that will decide who will be the next President of the United States ... they are still the majority ... especially if we look at the constituents of the eligible voting electorate ...
Moreover, it will be white American females, like you, who will decide whether Obama is presidential or not ... they are the majority voice in the electorate.

I will say that viewing the conversations/speeches, side by side, Obama has more charisma than McCain even though he is so liberal he reeks.
He seems to be able to, craftily - emphasis on the craftily, dissuade the opposing viewpoints, especially made against him - if you aren't paying close attention.
So, if he gets in - Wutevhah - no one can blame me for voting for him. :D
And his wife made the most ignorant statement I have ever heard - she is only NOW proud of America because a black man is running for President. Totally a racist comment on her part and ignorant I must stipulate - again. :D

That is what has become of our nation. We should have all seen it. It happened during the OJ trial and the black leadership supported it rather than opposed it. They are not true leadership. To have a person in the white house JUST because of skin color is the hight of idiocy IMO. Skin color is not a qualification but sadly in this age of Political correctness it has become one....which in itself is a form or racism

Yes, but he is still viewed as being black. Which doesn't make any difference to me. I highly respect Colin Powell and Condi Rice. It isn't color for me, it's integrity and honesty. I don't have much respect for the things that Obama stands for, in the shadows.

I was just thinking.
I'm like you - the color doesn't mean anything to me too, but it does to the blacks. HOWEVER, they are not even considering that he is only 50% black which means he's 50% white. Who decides if they are black or white?
Why does it always seem black trumps white?

I agree. I think you would be interested in this article written by Michael Reagan. It's interesting that he points out that the men in the pews for the most part are passive, while the wives tend to be passionate.
So, he is pointing to the "other Obama" who is very present in Wright's church.
Not to be disingenuous to the men, but it is true that a larger percentage of women are present in our churches and are more passionate and submissive to various causes, namely, religion.
So, if he didn't hear or know this man, Wright, I would think that she did.

From what we’ve heard from Mrs. Obama she was paying close attention to the Reverend Mr. Wright, eating up his fiery words and probably enthusiastically nodding agreement as he blamed whitey for inventing AIDS to kill blacks as Barack dozed beside her, wondering when the Reverend Wright was going to shut up.

Dan, I hafta ask. Why are you voting for Obama? Did you find rhetorical devices in the argument presented by the video? What fallacies have you uncovered? Is it because you think that the author of this video is biased towards the more conservative agenda, and so you must allign yourself against what you think is a falsehood? Or do you enjoy being controversial?
