THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:
1. At times material to this indictment: Defendant's Employment and Responsibilities
Beginning on or about August 26th, 2008, and continuing through the date of this indictment, defendant MOW & SH , was employed as an administrator on Apostolic Friends Forum (AFF). In the course of his work, SH had frequent access to classified information and frequently spoke with officials of the administration, as well as other government officials, regarding sensitive election material
In connection with his role as a senior administration official with responsibilities for national election matters, SH held security clearances entitling him to access to the votes that had already been cast.

the following is being reported by certain unnamed blogs:

Today the American Center for Voting Rights (ACVR) referred a compendium of preliminary findings of registration fraud, intimidation, vote fraud and litigation to the U.S. Department of Justice. The report was previously made available to the House Administration Committee who will hold a field hearing on election fraud on AFF in the near future.

After giving the report to the Department of Justice, General Counsel stated in testimony prepared for delivery before the House Administration Committee, there can be no doubt that election safeguards are critical to protecting our elections. When Stephen Hoover's fraudulent vote is counted, an honest AFF voter is disenfranchised.

I am completely innocent of the charges leveled against me. I certify that I had no dealings nor access to voting records, counts or casting thereof.

I will only say that Mr. Hoover and I did have discussions regarding delegates and that I agreed to assign said delegates to him upon my exit from the race. Outside of that, I had no involvement whatsoever. I have turned over ALL access records and log in information to the proper authorities and we are currently waiting for vindication in this most serious of matters. I am confident that when the dust settles, that my record will remain as pure as the driven snow.

I have already agreed to fully cooperate with the authorities on condition of immunity should it be necessary and all my records, PM's, emails etc. have been handed over to the authorities and I have given depositions regarding the matter.

As a person with such clearances, SH was obligated by applicable laws and regulations, including Title 18, United States Code, Section 793, and Executive Order 12958 (as modified by Executive Order 13292), Not to tamper with the votes of the people. On or about August 26th SH did illegally transfer votes that were cast from one candidate to another.

2. On or about August 26, 2008 and contrary to the laws set forth by the FEC SH has transferred votes from MOW to himself. This is a violation so serious that it threatens the future of our Republic here on AFF. Never before have we seen such brazen attempts to steal an election been attempted here in our Apostolic corner of the world.

3. Stephen Hoover as an administrator on AFF has threatened to ban certain individuals if they did not vote for him or allow the transfer of their vote from MOW. Voters have been turned away from the polls when they came to vote simply because they were not voting for the “right candidate”.

4. In exchange for throwing his votes to Stephen Hoover, MOW has been offered the position of Attorney General a clear violation of the FEC.

Unfortunately MOW It is my unpleasant duty to inform you that:

Your certification under oath that you had no access to voting records was found to be in error. Immunity was conditioned on your truthful testimony and it has been found that you do indeed have access to polls through your login as an admin. Since you have violated our agreement we are planning to proceed with your prosecution for voter fraud, intimidation, and vote buying.

They good people of the AFF are standing with me and see strange coincidences as even I am myself.

#1.
ON 8/26/08 ("on or about" my foot!) An opponent of mine took it on himself to invent an alias - "JosephABanks".

#2.
He then billed himself as "Special Council" and sent out Press Releases to major media outlets. When not taken seriously by them he started his own tabloid called AFF Scandal.

#3.
Electronic records show he then had the audacity to vote in the election and place a new delegate under his own name.

Folks, thank you for standing with MOW and I. Be assured, we have nothing to hide.
It is comforting, in a strange way, to see such bizzare fabrication by the DC SHARKS. They fear the people, and especially they fear the hardworking peasants who value honesty, truth, and the work ethic that makes AFF great.

Again I assure you this "investigation" will come to naught. The candidates and their respective parties have made provision for the transfer of delegates, legally, and without reproach. Consider this nothing more than a last ditch, desparate attempt to derail a frontrunner.

Let the record show that I have even asked my fellow Admins to help me figure out how to log into the Admin area since I have been unable to do so. I have been locked out of logins numerous times due to the fact that I do not know how to log in. The AG has made careful search of login records and has certified that my above statements are true and correct.

Unless proof can be shown to the contrary, my statement stands as I was deposed under oath. Login records will show that at no time has MOW logged in as Admin or has accessed secure Admin areas.

Let the record also show that Tstew is NOT the current AG and is only hopeful of the appointment at this point. :D

certainly there is plenty of indication that Hoovies actions are questionable.

As the once great Theodore Kennedy once said, it isnt guilt or innocence that matters but the seriousness of the charge...

thus I think your only recourse to avoid suspicion is to take your votes back and release them to vote as they see fit...

I am sorry, but I have no access to those records at this time. Until I figure out how to log in as Admin, those records are unavailable to me. I can only login with my MOW user name at this point.
