THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:
1. At times material to this indictment: Defendant's Employment and Responsibilities
Beginning on or about August 26th, 2008, and continuing through the date of this indictment, defendant MOW & SH , was employed as an administrator on Apostolic Friends Forum (AFF). In the course of his work, SH had frequent access to classified information and frequently spoke with officials of the administration, as well as other government officials, regarding sensitive election material
In connection with his role as a senior administration official with responsibilities for national election matters, SH held security clearances entitling him to access to the votes that had already been cast.
