I understand, but my experience has been, when I eat a lot of protein with a lot of fat, I do not feel the need to snack, as the body is still feasting on the high density food.

The "waves roaring" found in Luke 21:45 and the earthquakes found in Matt 24:7, Mark 13:8 and Luke 21:11 clearly is referring to both coasts of the USA!
