It was sad he died broken he felt he would pull a large number out but he did not althoug he affected a few like Bishop Hancock of Detroit. Bishop Little who was the original secretary of the AWCF was out of Hancock's church I asked him on the platform of Melvin's Boyd's church at Nashville if he was Oneness he went around the barn several times and never answered. This movement is a joke it is an umbrella for:
Adam doctrine
Spiritual Communion doctrine
Divine Flesh doctrine
that was founded by a man who taught 2 in the Godhead and the secretary believed the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

I have heard this term used recently after a church communion service. What is SPIRITUAL COMMUNION?

Does anyone know the origin of this doctrine and how is it refuted?
The teaching is this in simple terms:
1. The last supper was nothing more than the annual passover observed by Jesus and nothing new was instituted there.
2. There is no observance of the Lord's supper in the NT church the breaking of bread is preaching and the blood is fellowship in the Spirit.
3. The communion service is from the Catholic church.
It was borrowed by some Oneness men in Arkansas from the School of Prophet movement in the 30's and 40's.
There is an organization called "The Associated Brotherhood of Christians" out of Hot Springs, Ark. They are members of the AWCF. The group is mainly located in Ark.-Mo.-Ms.-Ky.-Tn.
