As far as fears, I'm confused? What would you tink I'm afraid of and how does that relate to all the people that I have seen prayed for and not healed. Am I to be held responsible?

Faith comes from hearing, before I proceed to heal someone there must be some direction from the Lord, or I can pray a prayer of petition. But if I don't have direction or the person being prayed for doesn't believe that God wants to heal them, I don't pronounce healing. Faith orginates from God, the key word is hearing. If I can master hearing, then healing will come. Again I don't tell someone that they are full of unbelief and that is the reason they are not healed, unless the Lord specifically tells me that.
But on occasion I know healing didnt take place because the person being prayed for didn't want healing, though outwardly they did, my sense was that they didn't want the changes healing would bring. Some are afraid of what being well brings, getting off disability, no longer getting sympathy, being responsible for their own lives, stopping smoking, etc.
