Herein lies your problem... you need to eat 5 to 6 times a day... 3 meals with quality proteins, low glycemic carbs, and some good fat and 2 or 3 snacks that consist of slow burning, energy enhancing carbs (fruits, raw vegetables, or oatmeal). NEVER NEVER NEVER skip breakfast!

You have shut your metabolism down by starving yourself and that causes excess insulin which results in fat (the dangerous kind) collecting around your midsection, hips and thighs.

Get busy eating and living again and you will be surprised what will happen to your body... UNLESS... you have an underlying medical condition that is causing you to gain or be unable to lose weight.
