Should they expel all the kids that have sin in their lives?
They can expel anyone who actively promotes or represents a lifestyle that goes against the school's biblical principles.

Daniel 12:3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever.
It's sin (in their view), right? Is it a different kind of sin than others? It sure seems like it is, to some people. I dunno, just seems odd, to me.
Nothing odd about it , Timmy. You seem to be just trying to be contrary once again.
Everybody commits sin, and nobody's perfect. That much we can all agree on. But the homosexual lifestyle represents a lifestyle choice that is directly in opposition to, and defiance of, God's biblical plan for man.
Similarly, we know that Muslims dont believe in eating pork, based on the Koran. So if a kid at a Muslim school showed up with a pork chop sandwich in his hand every morning, they'd have to right to expel him too. It's the same basic principle.
A private religious organization is allowed to expel someone from their organization if the person defies the principles the organization is based on.
Anyway, the law says they can do it. And it's been done.
Nothing to argue about here.
