Please. It was a theory, for goodness' sake. And a credible one, at that. Phew. Had you read more posts as well you would see the references I found for this theory advocated by cosmetic groups.

I like it when they preach against jewelry yet they refuse to drive their Jaguar unless it has the chrome rims they ordered... (true story, Pastor's wife).

I remember one Easter the local TV station wanted to film an exerpt (in a city of 3 million and a church of 500+), the pastor's wife made the statement, I'm gonna be on TV? Maybe I'll get to wear makeup. A few years after that ALL the characters in the play, men and women use the theatrical makeup...and some of the women end up looking pretty good.

Well, I've always just sorta figured that if I'm to jump and saying something like, "Makeup makes a woman look sexually aroused", that most likely??........well, someone's probably gonna call me an idiot. Seems natural to me.
