ARF-Apostolic Royalty Forum
This petition was prompted as a result of DA11's thread "Rejected by the AMF..." I thought, if we can't go there, why not bring them here? I propose that we change AFF to ARF-Apostolic Royalty Forum. Why? Well, for one, because the term “friends” comes across as a little weak and compromising. “Friends,” who maintain differing views, like it or not, are sliding down that slippery slope toward “anything goes!” However, the real reason for the change would be to attract more Apostolic ministers to join and post. Not just any minister, but those licensed, vetted, and hailing from generations of holy clergy. I firmly believe these men will lift ARF to a new plateau of spiritual understanding and enlightenment.
Of course, a few changes will have to be made as to the way we dialogue around here. We will be privileged by an elite company of believers, and therefore, we must accommodate them accordingly. I suggest establishing the following guidelines in order to ensure their repeated visits:
1. All previous threads and posts will be deleted. So much controversy has been recorded on this forum, and much of it opposes the views of the prestigious men who grace the pulpit. We must start clean.
2. All posts will now be under either of two headings, “The Select,” and “The Commons.” Of course, all licensed ministers will enjoy “The Select” room

, whereby all commoners may feel free to kibitz, but not post. Within “The Commons,” everyone is cordially invited to participate by clicking on a
microphone icon located where “post reply” used to be (threads will only be started by ministers). When activating the microphone icon and typing a response, commoners will experience a delay before the post is actually displayed. This is due to an automatic “critique and edit” function enjoyed by online ministers, who are authorized to read and edit your response before it is officially posted.
3. No commoner will presume that they may PM-(private message) a minister, no matter how urgent you deem it to be. This will be covered in the welcome section to all new ARF members not registered as ministers.
4. There will be a section labeled “Love and Support” which will allow any cheerful member to enter their credit card information and designate monies to selected leaders.
5. All common members will enjoy expanded email storage on their account. This allows ministers to solicit your participation by keeping you informed about upcoming church events, “Royal Birthdays,” ministerial needs, private rebukes, etc.
Anyway, since this is a brainstorming thread, I am welcoming your suggestions on how to make this a smooth transition. Please be sure to apprise your own local minister on this matter by dropping a letter (Hallmark of course) in the mail (along with a gift certificate to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse). I sense a track back to the “Old Paths” in the near future! Oh how wonderful it will be when I no longer have to use so many brain cells researching the Bible on my own! Long live the Kings!!
