Are we witnessing the fulfillment of this prophecy in our day?
Yes in many circles this is true. Righteousness is a very unpopular subject to many. But does that mean we should stop worshipping? God forbid! It means we need to keep teaching righteousness to whoever will listen.

What to realize is that IHOP started out small too. You have to work with what you have. The balance you mention is so needed! Most small Churches have little if any outreach. For that matter even a lot of large Churches have little outreach either.

Its more a matter of vision than outreach. If you have a vision then outreach will come. To manys vision is to come to a Church building on Sunday and listen to sermons.
