And, foundation repair? You should see the cracks in the brick and mortar here. Some of the cracks are big enough I can stick my fingers in part-way. I'm doing my best to keep the foundation watered, which I highly doubt happened before we moved in...
Hey, you better PM me and get those cracks checked out, foundation damage is generally progressive, the sooner addressed the less $$$. LOL
