go to bed at 9pm, wake at 5am each day

Oh, my...this is what happened to me when I went into the Marines over 30 years ago...got me addicted to DISCIPLINE!! A full, type A personality profile! Thank God, I've calmed down over the years, but I still ride my bike like I'm in the Tour de France, and guys half my age can't even come close to catching me!
I am addicted to watching recent videos about the economy and trying to save and make a buck. But after being in the ministry for so long and going backwards, we've got a lot of catching up to do if we ever want to retire.
I'm also probably a bit addicted to sweets although in recent years I have done better at eating more fruit instead of sweets.
The NEWS, I forgot about the NEWS!!! I know SOOOO many people who are addicted to watching the blasted, NEWS!!!!!!!
Sweets are my wifes problem. BTW, is that coffee cup in your hand a "Sign"?
energy shot drinks-1 in the morning for work and 1 in the afternoon for when I work out M-F, 1 on Sat, 1 on Sun for when I work out. I get all cranky and a small headache if I don't have the ones for work.
I get 12 of them for 9.95, a weeks worth.
This is another one of my wifes addictions, BUT, she has gotten the VICTORY!!
