Oh no, not at all... I just realized I have been really active (maybe overactive) in this thread and sometimes all someone wants to know is what time it is, not how to build a clock, LOL!

I teach patients about nutrition so every time I hear a myth it's just ingrained to correct it... and we've covered a bunch of them here.

And lest anyone think I'm on a holier than thou kick, I also battle the bulge.

One thing I've learned from you is that since I'm a preacher if I want to stay thin i need to stay out of texas :-p

I tells ya, I have rarely had better food then the two days we stayed on the River Walk in San Antonio.

Exactly! Bro. Bubba's bar-b-que and Sis. Bobbie's chocolate cake settles around the midsection faster than anything I've ever seen!
