Procedures, codifying, rules, codes, prohibitions, regulations, policies, guidelines, and directives all eventually reveal the weakness of Law, and are ultimately always temporary, and break down in cycles. I read that to my parents and they found that to be amusing. I think that they should have been allowed to fill that car with holes if they were so concerned about him shooting at them. Another victory for PC.
